Staying motivated can be challenging. Especially when you are halfway through adopting a new habit and you start questioning yourself “Why am I doing this ? What is the point of this?” Be glad when these questions start popping up in your mind. Not only do they symbolize the critical point in your journey to a new habit but by also conquering these doubts, you emerge a stronger and more improved version of yourself. So how do you cross this chasm without falling into the abyss of eternal mediocrity? Here are a few tips that I use to stay motivated through tough times when my motivation bar is low.
